Antichresis is like having a secret clubhouse or treehouse where you let someone else play with your toys. The person who wants to play with your toys (called the creditor) gives you some money, but instead of taking your toys home with them, they trust you to keep your toys there and play with them whenever you want.
But, to make sure that the creditor doesn't get upset and take your toys away, you promise to take really good care of the toys, keep them safe, and not share them with anyone else. You also agree to give the creditor some of the money you make from playing with the toys, every so often.
This is called "putting the toys in antichresis." It lets the creditor have some security knowing that they will get their money back eventually, without actually having to take your toys away from you.
