ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Antifrustrationism

Antifrustrationism is a way of looking at things that helps us work through frustrations, like when something doesn't go our way or when we don't get what we want. Being antifrustrational means understanding that frustration and making sure we don't get too worked up over it. Instead, we look for ways to solve the problem, or to find better solutions. We also think about how we can learn from the experience and use it to be smarter and stronger in the future.
