ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Antiprocess

Antiprocess is a way of doing something that is opposite to the usual process. It's like taking two steps forward and one step back. For example, when you're baking a cake, you usually mix the wet ingredients and then mix the dry ingredients together. But with antiprocess, you mix the wet ingredients, then mix the dry ingredients, and then mix the wet and dry ingredients together again. This second mixing helps all the ingredients blend better, giving you a better end result.
