Apostolic Fathers

The apostolic fathers were a group of people who lived a long time ago, back when Jesus was alive and teaching. They were very important because they knew some of the first people who followed Jesus and heard stories about what he did and said.

After Jesus went to heaven, these apostolic fathers kept on teaching and telling other people about Jesus. They wrote letters and books that helped spread the message about Jesus and his teachings.
