Arabic tea

Arabic tea (also known as Middle Eastern tea) is a warm and soothing drink that is popular in countries like Morocco, Egypt, and Lebanon.

It starts with boiling water in a pot and adding loose black tea leaves (which look like small, dried pieces of leaves). The pot is left to steep for a few minutes, allowing the tea to release its flavor and color into the water.

Next, sugar is added to the pot (usually a hefty amount!) and the tea is boiled again for a few more minutes. This helps the sugar dissolve and also intensifies the tea's flavor.

Finally, the tea is ready to be poured into small glasses. It's served piping hot and has a rich, sweet taste that many people enjoy.

In some parts of the Middle East, mint leaves are added to the tea during the steeping process. This gives it a refreshing, herbal flavor that complements the sweetness of the sugar.

Drinking Arabic tea is a beloved tradition in many cultures and is often shared with friends and family.
