Armenians in Abkhazia

Armenians are people who live in a country called Armenia. Abkhazia is another country that is close to Armenia. There are also many Armenians who live in Abkhazia.

A long time ago, Abkhazia was part of a big country called the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union was like a big family with many countries in it. But later on, the Soviet Union broke apart and each country became its own separate country.

When Abkhazia became its own country, there were some problems between the people who lived there. Some people wanted to be in charge of Abkhazia, but other people wanted something different. This disagreement led to a big war.

During the war, many people had to leave their homes and move to a different place where it was safe. Some of these people were Armenians who lived in Abkhazia. They moved to other places in Abkhazia where they could be safe.

So now, there are some Armenians who still live in Abkhazia. They have been there for a long time and they make up a part of the Abkhazian population. Even though they are from a different country, they have made Abkhazia their home and they are a part of the Abkhazian community.
