Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is using smelly oils to make you feel better. You know how when you smell something good, like freshly baked cookies or a flower, it makes you happy? Well, some oils can do that too! They are called essential oils and they come from plants. People put them in special diffusers or mix them with lotion or other things to make an area smell good and help them feel relaxed or energized or happy. It's like taking a big, deep breath of good smells to help you feel better.
