Art forgery

Art forgery is when people make copies of famous pieces of art so that it looks like the original. To make a forgery, someone has to be really good at copying the style and color from the original painting. When someone buys a forgery, they think they are buying the original artwork and it is often very hard to tell the difference. It's like someone is trying to cheat and so it is wrong.
