Artemis Accords

Okay kiddo, so the Artemis Accords are like a group of rules or promises that countries agree to follow when they go to space. Just like we follow rules when we play a game, countries follow rules when they go to space to make sure everyone is safe and fair.

Some of the rules in the Artemis Accords say that countries have to share information about what they find in space, like the moon or other planets, and they have to make sure they don't harm any other countries' spaceships or equipment. They also have to make sure that they are working together to explore space and not just trying to claim everything for themselves.

The Accords were created by the United States and some other countries, and they hope that more countries will agree to follow these rules to make space exploration safe and fair for everyone.
