Artuqids

Artuqids were a very long time ago, in a place called Turkey. They were a group of people who ruled over some parts of Turkey during a time called the Middle Ages.

Let's imagine a big castle made of stones, and the Artuqids were like the kings of this castle. They had a lot of people who worked for them, like soldiers and servants.

The Artuqids were very powerful and they were able to control a big area of land. They would have lots of meetings with other rulers to talk about things like trade and war.

One of the most important things the Artuqids did was support learning and knowledge. They wanted people to learn about things like science, math, and art. They gave money and resources to build schools and libraries.

Even though we don't see the Artuqids anymore, their influence can still be seen in Turkey today. Many of the buildings and structures they built are still standing, and people in Turkey honor and remember them for their contributions to learning and culture.
