Asian Association on Remote Sensing
The Asian Association on Remote Sensing, or AARS for short, is a group of grown-ups who really like to use special cameras and satellites to take pictures of the Earth from far away. They like to study things like the weather, the land, and the plants and animals on our planet.
They all live in different parts of Asia, but they come together to share their ideas and learn from each other. They meet at special times and places to talk about their pictures and what they have learned from them.
It's kind of like when you and your friends bring your favorite toys to play with at a playdate, but the grown-up version is more serious and has more complicated things to show and tell!
