Assyrianism

Okay, so remember when we talked about countries? Well, a long time ago, there were people who lived in a place called Assyria. They had their own language, culture, and beliefs.

Even though they don't have their own country anymore, some people today still believe in being Assyrian and keeping their culture and language alive. This is called Assyrianism.

Think of it like belonging to a big family. You might not all live in the same house or place, but you still have things that make you all part of the same family, like traditions or a shared history. The Assyrian people who believe in Assyrianism feel the same way about their culture and language. They want to keep it alive and make sure people know about it.
