Astrotheology

Astrotheology is the study of how religious beliefs have been influenced by the sky and stars. It looks at how early cultures used astronomical objects such as the moon, stars, and planets to shape their religious ideas and beliefs. For example, ancient cultures often believed that the Sun was a special god and worshipped it. They also thought that the stars were the homes of gods and goddesses and used them to tell stories. Through astrotheology, we can learn how the sky was seen and how it was used to explain different beliefs.
