Asymptotic expansion

Asymptotic expansion is like getting bigger and bigger and bigger. If you think of a balloon, it starts out small and then when you blow it up, it gets bigger and bigger and eventually it's really big. Asymptotic expansion is like that. It's like an equation or a number is getting bigger and bigger and bigger, but it never quite gets to infinity.
