Atahualpa (ship)

Atahualpa was a very big boat that sailed on the ocean a long time ago. It was named after a very famous leader of the Inca people who lived in South America many years ago. The boat was built by people who lived in Spain and it was bigger than any other boat at the time. It was made of wood and it had big sails that caught the wind to help it move across the water.

The boat was used to sail across the ocean to find new places and explore the world. People sailed on it from Spain to a place called South America and then they took gold from the Inca people who lived there. This was a very sad thing to do, but it was something that people did in those days.

The Atahualpa ship was very special because it was so big and powerful. It was also very important because it helped people discover new places in the world. Nowadays, we use even bigger and more powerful ships to sail across the seas, but Atahualpa will always be remembered as one of the first of its kind.
