client-server

Client-server is like a relationship between two people. One person is the "client" and the other person is the "server". The client asks something of the server, and the server responds with what the client asked for. For example, if you wanted to watch a movie online, you would be the client and the server would be the website that you are watching the movie on. The client (you) asks the server (the website) to show you the movie, and the server answers by providing the movie for you to watch.
