Attract mode

Attract mode is a feature of some video games that allows the game to show a special video or animations when the game isn’t being used. It’s kind of like a screensaver for a game - instead of a moving picture, attract mode might show a demo of how the game works, or an animation of a character from the game. The purpose of attract mode is to grab people’s attention and get them interested in the game. If a person notices the game and then wants to play it, they will be more likely to buy it.
