ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Automated Imaging Association

An automated imaging association is a group of people who work together to make machines called "robots" that can take pictures of things on their own. Imagine you have a toy that takes pictures, but instead of you pushing the button to take the picture, the toy can do it by itself. That's what these machines can do on a much bigger and more complicated level.

This group of people includes scientists, engineers, and other smart adults who figure out how to make these robots work. They use special tools and computer programs to design and build the robots' cameras, which are the eyes that allow them to "see" things, as well as the other parts that help them move around and take pictures.

The automated imaging association helps people who use these robots for different jobs, like checking the quality of products at a factory or exploring places that are too dangerous for humans to go. By making robots that can take pictures and gather information on their own, the automated imaging association is making it easier and safer for people to do their jobs.
