Aviation Safety Reporting System, or ASRS, is like a way to help make flying in airplanes safer. It works like this: When something happens in the sky, like a near-miss between two planes, the pilots and other people involved in the incident report it to the ASRS with all the details. When they report it, the ASRS looks at it to see what happened and why, so they can figure out how to make sure it doesn’t happen again in the future. That way, everyone can fly more safely.
