BPO security

BPO security (Business Process Outsourcing security) is like protecting your ice cream cone from getting stolen by your little brother or sister. When a company works with other companies to help with tasks like answering phone calls or typing emails, they need to make sure that their information and customers' information is safe.

Just like the ice cream cone, the company wants to make sure that nobody takes a scoop of the information and uses it for their own purposes. To protect the information, the company will use different tools like passwords and firewalls to create a strong and secure barrier around the information.

If someone tries to obtain the information, it's like your little brother or sister trying to take a lick of your ice cream cone. This is why BPO security is important because it keeps important information safe from people who shouldn't have it.
