ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Bachelor of Technology

Bachelor of technology is like a school diploma for grown-ups who want to learn about making cool things with computers.

People who study for a bachelor of technology learn about different kinds of technologies and how to use them to make things like websites, apps, and computer systems. They also learn about the tools, programming languages, and algorithms (which are like sets of instructions that tell computers what to do) that help them build and design these technologies.

To become an expert in technology, students need to take many different kinds of classes. They learn about math and science, as well as things like design, user experience, and project management. They also get to do lots of hands-on work and build projects that help them practice what they’re learning.

Once they complete all their classes and projects, they get a fancy piece of paper called a diploma that shows they are a graduate of the Bachelor of Technology program. This diploma can help them get jobs in lots of different fields, like software development, web design, cybersecurity, or even robotics!
