Band model

A band model is a way of understanding how things work and how information moves between different groups. Imagine a band playing music. They have a leader who decides what song they’re going to play, a group of musicians who each play a different instrument, and an audience that listens and reacts to the music. The leader leads the musicians to play the music, the musicians play the music, and the audience reacts to the music. This is a band model – the leader is in control, the musicians play their part, and the audience listens and reacts.
