Barbecue sandwich

A barbecue sandwich is a type of sandwich that has meat that has been cooked on a grill or smoker with a special sauce. Imagine going outside and cooking hot dogs and hamburgers on a grill with your dad, but instead of hot dogs and hamburgers, he cooks a big chunk of meat called a pork shoulder with a special sauce that has tomato and spices in it.
