Kielbasa

Kielbasa is a type of sausage that's made from meat. Just like hot dogs, except kielbasa is bigger and usually made with beef or pork (sometimes both!). It's usually seasoned with things like garlic or black pepper, which make it taste really yummy. People like to cook kielbasa on the grill, in the oven, or on the stove. Some people like to eat it by itself, while others like to put it in other foods like soups or stews. It's popular in many countries, but it originally comes from Poland.
