Baritone horn

Hey there kiddo! Today, we are going to learn about the baritone horn. A baritone horn is a musical instrument that is a part of the brass family. It is the instrument that looks like a small version of a tuba.

When you play the baritone horn, you blow air into the mouthpiece at the top of the instrument. The air goes through a long tube that is coiled up inside the instrument. This tube makes the sound waves that create the notes you hear.

The baritone horn has three valves that you can press down to change the pitch of the notes you play. These valves are like buttons that help you move the air through different paths, making the sound lower or higher.

Baritone horns are used in different musical genres, like the marching bands, jazz bands, and orchestras. They are great for playing melodies or supporting the harmony of other instruments.

It takes a lot of practice and skill to play the baritone horn well. But with patience and hard work, you can become an amazing musician who creates beautiful music for people to enjoy.
