Batagor

Batagor is a type of food from Indonesia that is kind of like a dumpling or a meatball, but it's not quite the same. It's made with a mixture of fish and tapioca flour, which is a special kind of flour made from the root of a plant called cassava. Sometimes it also has shrimp in it.

After the fish and flour are mixed together, they are formed into little patties or balls and then fried until they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. People usually eat batagor with a special sauce that's made from peanuts, sweet soy sauce, and chili.

Batagor is a popular food in Indonesia, especially in the city of Bandung. You can find it sold by street vendors or in restaurants. It's a tasty snack or meal that's easy to eat on the go, and it's a fun way to try something new and different!
