Okay, so a long time ago in a place called Refidim, there was a big fight between two groups of people, the Israelites and the Amalekites. The Israelites were led by a man named Moses and the Amalekites were led by a man named Amalek.
The Israelites had just escaped from Egypt and were on their way to a new home, but the Amalekites didn't want them to pass through their land. So, they decided to attack the Israelites to try to stop them.
During the battle, Moses went up on top of a hill and raised his hands in the air. When he did this, the Israelites would start winning the battle. But when he put his hands down, the Amalekites would start winning.
So, two of Moses' friends, Aaron and Hur, helped him by holding up his arms. This made it so the Israelites could keep winning the battle until the Amalekites were defeated.
In the end, the Israelites were able to pass through Refidim and continue on their journey to their new home. And they remembered how important it was to work together and help each other in times of need.
