Sushi is a Japanese food made with rice and some other ingredients like raw fish, vegetables or eggs. The rice is usually mixed with some vinegar, sugar and salt and then shaped into small pieces. Sometimes, the fish or vegetables will be wrapped or rolled in the rice to make a tasty bite-sized snack. Some people even eat it with special soy sauce and other condiments. While there are different kinds of sushi, the most popular is called “Nigiri”, which is made with a piece of raw fish on top of some sushi rice.
