Beating heart cadaver

A beating heart cadaver is a body of someone who has recently passed away that is still able to have its heart kept beating. Doctors can use this technique to keep the body healthy in order to use it for organ donation, medical research, or training. To make a beating heart cadaver, doctors use a machine that pumps a special liquid solution into the body and then attaches a device to the heart that works to keep it pumping. This allows the body to remain alive for a short period of time. The beating heart cadaver can then allow medical professionals to research and collect healthy tissue and organs that could be used to save the lives of those who are in need.
