Beshbarmak is a very special dish that comes all the way from Kazakhstan. It is made by boiling large and flat noodles in water until they become soft and yummy!
After the noodles are boiled, they are put onto a big plate to cool down. Then, thin slices of meat (usually beef or lamb) are cooked in a big pot with water and some cool spices like salt and pepper.
Once the meat is cooked, it is also put on the big plate along with the noodles. The dish is usually served with some onion, carrots, and potatoes that are cooked in the same pot as the meat.
Finally, everything is mixed together in a big, delicious mess. Beshbarmak is usually eaten with your hands and it is a very special dish that brings lots of people together to share a wonderful meal!
