credit union

A credit union is like a bank, but it is made up of people who are part of the same group. For example, a credit union might be made up of people who all work at the same company. The credit union members can all use the same bank accounts and borrow money from each other. The money that the people pay back to the credit union can then be used to lend to other credit union members. Credit unions often have lower fees than traditional banks, and they can provide a range of services such as checking accounts, savings accounts, loans, mortgages, investments, and more.
