Binding knot

A binding knot is a special type of knot that is used to tie things together very tightly so that they don't move around or loosen up. It's like when you tie your shoes really tight so that they don't fall off your feet. Binding knots are commonly used for things like securing a bundle of sticks, tying a rope to a tree, or even tying up a boat to a dock.

To make a binding knot, you first need to take your rope or string and make a loop. Then, you take the end of the rope and tuck it under and over the loop. After that, you tuck the end under the loop again, but this time you go the other way (over, under). Lastly, you pull on both ends of the rope to tighten the knot.

Think of it like you are giving your toy a really big hug, but instead of your arms, you are using the rope to hug and hold the things together really tight. That's what a binding knot does - it hugs and holds things tight!
