Bioswale

A bioswale is like a big sponge that helps clean up dirty water. It's kind of like a long, shallow ditch with special plants and soil in it. When water from rain or melted snow goes into the bioswale, the soil and plants help filter out things like dirt, oil, and chemicals. This makes the water healthier for plants and animals that might use it. It's kind of like using a strainer to remove unwanted things from our food. Bioswales are important because they help reduce pollution in our water sources and keep our environment healthy.
