Black economic empowerment

Black Economic Empowerment (or BEE) is a way to help people from all different backgrounds have more economic opportunities (like jobs or businesses) and to be more successful. BEE programs work to empower Black communities (people with African heritage) by providing them access to resources, financing, education, and other opportunities that can help them succeed in their careers. This could include things like access to better job training programs, help to start a business, or getting more access to financing to help build wealth. It also works to close the gaps between different races when it comes to access to economic opportunities.
