Black hole thermodynamics

Black hole thermodynamics is the study of how heat and energy move in and out of black holes. A black hole is a super dense object in space, so dense that not even light can escape its gravitational pull! We don't know a lot about black holes because we can't see them, but scientists have made lots of research to better understand them. In thermodynamics, scientists use math to understand how heat and energy move between things. So, scientists study black hole thermodynamics to try to better understand how energy moves in and out of black holes.
