Blue-collar worker

Okay kiddo, so there are jobs that people do with their hands, like building things or fixing things. These jobs are often called blue-collar jobs. People who do these jobs are called blue-collar workers. They usually wear work clothes and use tools to do their job. Some examples of blue-collar jobs are construction workers, mechanics, plumbers, and factory workers. These jobs are important because they help make and fix things that we need in our everyday lives.
