Bossnapping

Bossnapping is when workers take their boss or manager hostage, usually by barricading them in their office or workplace. This is done in order to get their demands met or to protest against unfair treatment. But this is a bad way of doing things, and it is not allowed because it can be dangerous and illegal. So, when you have a problem, it is better to talk to someone who can help you instead of taking matters into your own hands in a violent way.
