Bottle recycling

Hi there! Do you know what a recycling bin is? It's a special bin where you put things that can be used again instead of throwing them in the trash. One thing that can be recycled is a bottle.

Now, when you're done drinking all the yummy juice or soda or water from your bottle, instead of just throwing it in the regular trash, you can put it in a special recycling bin. Then, a special truck comes and collects all the bottles and takes them to a special place where they are cleaned and sorted based on what kind of material they're made of.

Some bottles are made of plastic and some are made of glass. After they're sorted, the plastic bottles are crushed into tiny pieces and the glass bottles are melted down into a hot liquid. Then, the plastic pieces or the hot liquid glass can be used to make new bottles or other things like clothing, playground equipment, or even new bottles for your juice or water!

So, by recycling your bottle, you're helping to save resources and protect the environment. How cool is that?
