ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Bounded operator

A bounded operator is like a box that contains stuff. To keep something in the box, you have to put it inside. If the box gets too full, then the stuff stops fitting, and you can't add any more stuff. Bounded operators are like these boxes, but they are used to control how numbers get added, subtracted, multiplied, and divided. They make sure that the numbers don't get too big or too small by keeping them inside a certain limit.
