Boutique investment bank

A boutique investment bank is like a store that helps big companies (like Coca-Cola or Sony) raise money. When a company wants to raise money, it can go to a boutique investment bank and the bank will help them figure out the best way to do it. The investment bank can help the company figure out what kind of stocks or bonds to offer, how much to charge for them, and how to market them. The bank will then work with investors to make sure the company is able to raise the money it needs.
