Bow window

Imagine you're inside a house looking out the window. Now, instead of a straight window that goes up and down or side to side, picture a window that curves outward. That's a bow window! It's like a bunch of smaller windows all next to each other, but they're all put together and curve out like a big circle or half-circle.

Bow windows usually have three to six sections, all connected at angles to make the round shape. Sometimes they have a little shelf or seat built in, so you can sit and enjoy the view. They can be big or small, and they add some extra space to a room because the curved shape sticks out from the rest of the house. People like to use bow windows in living rooms or bedrooms because they let in a lot of light and look pretty.
