Box–Behnken design

Box-Behnken Design is a special way to run experiments and test things out to find the best solution or answer.

Imagine you are baking cookies with your friends and you want to try out different combinations of ingredients to see which would make the best cookie. There are many different ingredients like sugar, flour, eggs, and chocolate chips that you can mix together in different amounts to make the cookies taste different.

Now, imagine you have a limited amount of time to bake the cookies and you want to try as many combinations as possible. This is where the Box-Behnken Design comes in handy.

The Box-Behnken Design helps you plan out each cookie batch you make by breaking down each ingredient into three levels: low, medium, and high. For example, you can use a low amount of sugar, a medium amount of flour, and a high amount of chocolate chips in one batch of cookies, and then switch around the amounts of each ingredient for the next batch, like a medium amount of sugar, a high amount of flour, and a low amount of chocolate chips.

By using the Box-Behnken Design, you can experiment with many different combinations of ingredients, in fewer steps, and find the tastiest cookie recipe.
