Brand protection

Brand protection is a way for companies to make sure nobody else is using their name, logo, or any of their other designs. Companies want to protect their brand and make sure that only they are associated with their brand - so they use brand protection! For example, if someone creates a shirt or a toy with a company's logo, that company would use brand protection to make sure that nobody else can use their logo. They would make sure only they have the right to use it, so nobody else can.
