Brewery

A brewery is a place where people make beer. It's like a big kitchen but instead of cooking food, they mix different ingredients like water, barley, hops, and yeast to make beer.

First, they clean everything to make sure there are no germs or bacteria that could ruin the beer. After that, they add the barley and hot water to a big tank and let it sit. Then, they add hops which gives the beer its bitter taste and aroma. They let that mixture boil for a little bit and then let it cool down.

Next, they add yeast to the mixture. Yeast is a tiny living thing that eats the sugar in the mixture and produces alcohol and carbon dioxide gas. This is what makes the beer fizzy and alcoholic. They let the beer ferment, which means they let the yeast do its work for several days or weeks until the beer is ready.

Once the beer is done, they put it into bottles or cans and send it to stores and bars for people to buy and drink. People can try different beers from different breweries all around the world and each brewery can make their own special flavors and styles of beer.
