Burley (tobacco)

Burley tobacco is a plant that people grow for smoking. It is special because it has a lower sugar content than other kinds of tobacco, which makes it taste different. This kind of tobacco is often used in cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco. People grow it in many different countries around the world. When it is ready to be harvested, farmers pick the leaves and dry them out in the sun or in special barns, which helps them turn brown.
