ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Business process model

A Business Process Model is like a map that helps us figure out how to do things better. It's like a picture that shows all the steps needed to make something happen. For example, if you wanted to open up a new store, you would draw a picture of all the steps the store would have to go through - like getting a building, stocking it with products, setting up cash registers, hiring staff, and finding customers - and you could use it to figure out the best way to open the store. In other words, a Business Process Model is like a picture of how to do something better.
