COVID-19 misinformation

Covid-19 is a virus that makes people sick. It is spreading very quickly around the world. Unfortunately, there are some people who are spreading false information about the virus, which is called "misinformation". These stories generally make dangerous claims, like saying that taking certain medicines will protect you from the virus, or that wearing a particular mask will keep you from getting sick. These stories are not true or reliable and can be very dangerous if people believe them and do not take the necessary precautions. It is important to always get your information about Covid-19 from trusted sources, like the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or your doctor.
