Cabinet of the United States
Okay kiddo, so you know how in your room you have a special place where you keep all your toys and things organized? Well, the United States has a special group of people who help the leader of the country, called the President, make important decisions about the country. This group is called the Cabinet.
The Cabinet is made up of different people who are in charge of different things in the country, like the Secretary of State who helps the President with foreign countries, the Secretary of Treasury who helps with money stuff, and the Secretary of Education who helps with schools.
They all meet with the President to talk about what's happening in their area of expertise and help the President make decisions about important things like laws, taxes and keeping the country safe. It's kind of like a team working together to make sure everything is running smoothly in the country.
