Camera shyness

Camera shyness is when you feel uncomfortable or nervous when a camera is pointed at you. When you are camera shy, being in pictures or videos can make you feel scared or embarrassed, and you might not like how you look in photos. Sometimes people also feel like other people are judging them or critiquing them. It can be hard to know why you feel this way, but it is something we all experience at some point.
