Canine cancer detection

Okay kiddo, so dogs can get sick just like people can. One of the sicknesses that dogs can get is called cancer. Cancer is when there are some bad cells that grow too much and can make your dog's body not feel good.

But don't worry, scientists and vets have found a way to help detect cancer in dogs early. They made a special tool that can smell some things that come from dog's breath or pee that can tell them if the dog has cancer.

This tool can sniff out even tiny amounts of these things that are hard for people to see or smell. This helps the vet know that your dog might have cancer even if your dog doesn't show any signs of feeling sick, like coughing or throwing up.

So if your dog has to go see a vet, they might use this tool to check if everything is ok. And if they find out that your dog does have cancer, they can start treatment earlier and help your dog feel better soon.
